If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.


Returns

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products, including single-use sachets.

Unopened items may be eligible for return upon request.
Please contact us before sending anything back.


Refunds

If the product did not work for your skin or caused irritation or sensitivity, you may request a refund without returning the item.

To process your refund, we may ask for:

  • a photo (optional)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Skin Sensitivity & Allergic Reactions

Everyone’s skin is different, and reactions may vary.
If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Customers who experience irritation or sensitivity may request a refund within the 30-day window.

If you purchased SkinAura™ products through Amazon, TikTok Shop, or another retailer, all returns and refunds must be handled directly through that platform.

SkinAura™ cannot process returns or refunds for items purchased outside our official website.

  • orders older than 30 days


Exchanges

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not offer exchanges.
You may request a refund and place a new order.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
