Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
No minimum purchase required.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
You can track your shipment anytime using the link provided in that email.


Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.

Please double-check your address before completing your order.


Lost or Stolen Packages

SkinAura™ is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
We will assist when possible but cannot issue refunds for packages confirmed as delivered.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:
